You upload a screenshot of a publicly available stock chart. An AI vision model reads what it can from that image and produces a description of the technical condition shown — trend, indicator readings, visible support and resistance levels, and a technical signal label (BULLISH, BEARISH, NEUTRAL, OVERBOUGHT or OVERSOLD).
A signal label describes the chart. It is not an instruction and carries no prediction of future price.
Readings are extracted from an image by a machine learning model. The model can misread the price axis, confuse one ticker for another, miss an indicator pane, or produce a plausible-looking figure that is simply wrong. We show an extraction confidence score and flag tickers we cannot match against the DSE listed-securities list, but neither is a guarantee.
Verify every figure against your broker's platform or the official DSE website before acting on it. We provide no warranty that any output is accurate, complete or current.
Free, Promo and Pro accounts carry different scan allowances, enforced on our servers. We may change allowances or pricing with notice on this page. Attempting to manipulate your own tier or usage counters is grounds for immediate termination.
Payments are made by mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or bank transfer and are verified manually before access is granted. Verification usually completes within a few hours.
If access is not activated within 48 hours of a verified payment, contact support@dseinsightpro.com for a full refund. Subscriptions are otherwise non-refundable once activated, since the service is consumed on use.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. When analysis is unavailable we tell you so — we never substitute an estimated or simulated result for a real one, and scans that fail for our reasons are not counted against your allowance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSE Insight Pro and Khan AI Lab are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, with a pro-rata refund of any unused subscription period unless the breach involved fraud or abuse of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
